We are currently dealing with a fire near to Swindon Road, Stratton St. Margaret that’s causing considerable smoke.

Please can we advise all local residents to keep windows and doors closed.

Yesterday evening both crews were called to a wood pile fire that had spread to a small wooded area in Eastrop, Highworth.

We welcomed FF Bygrave to the On-Call last week. Over the next 4 weeks Dillon will be taking part in some pre basic skills course learning on station. Dillon is already impressing the crew and I’m sure he’ll have a bright future ahead of him.
