We are looking for a Part Time Office Administrator to join our team located in Strood.
About us:
Electrifire Limited is a well-established Fire and security company that specialises in the installation and maintenance of fire and security systems.
As our business is growing we have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join our office. The successful candidate will be joining a fast-paced motivated team located in Strood.
Skills required-
•Computer literate, including Microsoft Excel and Word
•Well-organised with the ability to prioritize and manage several key tasks at one time
•Attention to detail
•A flexible approach to problem-solving
•Excellent telephone manner and good communication skills
•Previous office experience
Main responsibilities:
•Answering phone and email queries
•Scheduling visits with clients
•Ensuring customer info is up to date on our in-house database system
•Ensuring engineer paperwork is up to date.
•Issuing and accepting new customer/new supplier forms. Adding new supplier and customer info onto our in-house database system. Ensuring all accreditations are up to date.
•Scanning and filing paperwork, data entry.
•Assisting the team with any other admin duties.
