Bookings for HAF / HAP activities will go live at 12pm today. Here are some important things to remember:
🤸 Be patient with the booking system. We know it can be frustrating but there will be large numbers of people trying to access the system which means it may be slow.
🤸Read ALL the information on each activity booking page. These will give you all the information you need or tell you how to get it and be ready for your activity.
🤸Ticketed attractions are split into 3 groups. You will be able to book up to ONE TICKET FROM EACH GROUP. This is to make sure that tickets are distributed as fairly as possible. Make sure you read all the information on the description page to understand which tickets are in which group.
🤸Only book places for things you know you can attend. Spaces are limited on all activities.

Yesterday (7th April) a lot of social landlords increased their rent costs.

People should have received a letter about this and will need to manually change this with their benefits, it does not change automatically!

This will mean you get the right amount of housing costs paid. 🏡💰

Some recent drop-in changes..

We are now back at Stroud Jobcentre on Wednesdays 10am-2pm. This is by appointment only, appointments to be booked by the Jobcentre staff.

P3 are now at GL11 hub in Cam on Wednesdays 9am-1pm instead of 10-3 😊

If you have no access to a device or internet or just need help with online applications then you are welcome to use our computer for this 😊
The hours of use will be the same as our main drop-in, which is 10-2, Monday to Friday
