Every year, applications are considered for financial assistance towards a specific project or activities from community associations, cultural, educational, sporting and charitable organisations, which are non-commercial and whose field of activity or purpose is for the benefit of people in the area covered by Sudbury Town Council.

Our wonderful Floral contractors and much-loved local nursery The Garden Nursery, Constitution Hill are getting the summer planting in this week and they have been designed with pollinators in mind creating a b-line 🐝 through the town centre.

Our Warden and Streetcare team keep the displays fed and watered throughout the summer working in partnership with Rob and the team.

We also work with them to ♻️ Sudbury Market waste by supplying the nursery with plastic, wooden and cardboard trays and boxes for their customers.

🎉 🏊‍♀️ Our Friar's Meadow stretch of the River Stour has received the only 'Good' bathing water classification out of 14 designated bathing sites! Still swimmable, just in time for the warmer weather.
