Are you passionate about supporting people and making a real difference in their lives?

We are looking for **Full-Time Support Workers** to join our friendly and dedicated team at **West & Rectory Lodge in Sunderland**, supporting adults with **mental health needs and/or addiction-related support needs**.

💙 **Experience is preferred, but not essential – full training will be provided!**

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to **develop their skills, gain valuable experience and build a rewarding career in supported accommodation and care**.

# # # 👥 About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will:

• Provide person-centred support to residents
• Support individuals with their daily living skills and independence
• Encourage residents to achieve their personal goals
• Support people with mental health and/or addiction-related needs
• Build positive, professional relationships with residents
• Promote choice, dignity, independence and wellbeing
• Complete accurate records and handovers
• Work as part of a supportive and professional team
• Respond appropriately to changing needs and situations

**Previous experience in care, supported accommodation, mental health or addiction services is desirable but not essential.**
