Following the fantastic response to our first breakfast club, **Veterans in Crisis Sunderland** are delighted to bring you our **SECOND FREE BREAKFAST CLUB** — and this time, we want to make sure even more veterans know about it!

🚶 **Walk & Talk – 0930hrs**
Join us at **Hetton Lyons Country Park** for a relaxed walk, good conversation, and a chance to clear your mind.

🏡 **Lambton Street Community Hub – from 13:00hrs**
Come along, meet the team, catch up with others, and enjoy a safe space to connect.

🧘 **Beginners Yoga – 13:30hrs**
Finish your week by taking some time for yourself with a gentle yoga session in the Dance Studio — perfect for relaxing, recharging, and looking after your wellbeing.
