Together for Children are recruiting for a Business Manager to play a key role in helping them understand the difference their new community-based Early Help programme is making.

This exciting new community-based programme aims to improve the short, medium and long-term health, wellbeing and aspirations of children, young people and their families across Sunderland.

Bringing together services from across their Early Help Directorate, the programme will focus on developing community-led solutions that help children and families thrive.

The programme will initially focus on improving school attendance, recognising the significant impact attendance has on educational achievement, wellbeing and future life opportunities.

Our final Best Start Family Hub Summer Family Fayre of 2026 is happening tomorrow!

Join us for one last morning of family fun before the summer holidays come to an end.

We've loved welcoming so many families to our Best Start Family Hub Summer Fayres, and we're finishing with a fantastic event at Winnibell Best Start Family Hub.

Whether your results are exactly what you hoped for or not, remember that they are just one step on your journey. There are lots of different paths to success, including sixth form, college, apprenticeships, training and employment.

Be proud of how far you've come, and don't be afraid to ask for advice about your next steps if you need it.
