The Mayor is looking forward to attending a community yoga class on Saturday, 20 June, organised by Sutton Parivaar for International Yoga Day 🧘‍♂️

Yoga is increasingly recognised as an important proactive approach towards improving both mental and physical wellbeing, helping reduce stress, improve fitness, encourage mindfulness, and strengthen community connection.

The event is FREE to attend and open to all age groups.
