OUR NEW ANPR ACCOUNT SYSTEM IS NOW LIVE: SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT NOW

From 1 July 2026, a new Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system will be in place for all vehicle crossings on The Sandbanks Ferry.

All vehicle toll payments (including motorcycles) will be made online.

Youโ€™ll pay your toll via SandbanksFerry.co.uk/Pay, or via the Sandbanks Ferry app (for Apple and Android phones, available very shortly).

The new account system is now live, enabling you the opportunity to set up your account in good time, and get familiar with the system ahead of 1st July. The Sandbanks Ferry app will be published to the App Store and Google Play in the coming days.

You do not need an account to pay for your crossing, however for regular Ferry users, it is the simplest way to pay your toll.

On 1st July when ANPR goes live, vehicle passengers will also be able to pay for travel without setting up an account using the โ€˜Pay As Guestโ€™ option.

!! PLEASE NOTE:
If you are transerring existing passes from your STFC account, you will be asked for your Account ID. This is NOT the number on your SFTC card. You can find your Account ID by logging into your existing SFTC account. If your ID is shorter than five digits, add a zero or zeroes at the start when entering it into the new ANPR account system to make it the correct length.

Step-by-step guidance on how to pay your toll, set up an account, and access further help is available via our website now: https://sandbanksferry.co.uk/ferry-tolls-anpr/
