🌿 Who doesn't love a visit to the garden centre? 🌿

At Habitat Homecare, it's the little moments that make a big difference. Our wonderful companionship carer, Denise, recently enjoyed a lovely trip to the garden centre with her client, spending quality time together browsing the plants, enjoying the fresh air, and sharing plenty of smiles along the way.

Companionship visits are about so much more than support—they help our clients stay connected to their community, enjoy their favourite activities, and make meaningful memories.
