🎉🏡 Work has officially started on 58 new affordable homes at Parc Emlyn in Penygroes!

We recently welcomed partners, local councillors and stakeholders to a special spade-in-the-ground event to mark the start of this exciting development.

Delivered by Caredig in partnership with Parc Emlyn Developments, Carmarthenshire County Council and Welsh Government, the scheme will provide 58 affordable homes for social rent, including family homes, apartments and bungalows.

The development will also feature green spaces and new pedestrian and cycle links, creating a welcoming and sustainable place for people to live.

This investment will help address local housing need and provide more opportunities for people and families to stay within their communities.
