Whilst hydration is important for EVERYONE!! It's really important for us Ostomy Mates. Water is great, but our bodies really need electrolytes too.

- Electrolyte Powders/Tablets

On Friday, Mike had a routine MRI in Oxford, followed by a walk around the beautiful Harcourt Arboretum (recommended by our very own Stoma Nurse, Natasha). With the sun shining, Mike felt like he was in Miami 🌞

On Saturday, Mike was on hand as a Community First Responder at an Armed Forces Day at Lydiard Park. 🚑
