Highworth Library Closed this afternoon (Tuesday 26th May) due to extreme heat:
Highworth Library will be closed this afternoon due to extreme heat.
Temperatures inside the building have reached over 30°C and up to nearly 40°C in some areas. To protect staff and visitors, the decision was made to close for the remainder of the day.
We expect to reopen as normal on Thursday, subject to cooler conditions.
