⛳ Thank you to ⛳

As part of The White Horse Federation’s ongoing commitment to employee wellbeing, a Men’s Wellbeing session was held at Swindon Indoor Golf Centre on Thursday 18th June.

The event provided colleagues with an opportunity to connect, socialise and enjoy a round of golf in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Swindon Indoor Golf Centre features state-of-the-art golf simulation technology, offering an enjoyable experience for both experienced golfers and complete beginners alike.

While not everyone achieved the scores they had hoped for, the real success of the evening was the opportunity to spend time together. Colleagues from across the Trust, many of whom would not usually have the chance to meet, enjoyed playing 36 holes across two simulator bays, strengthening connections and building relationships beyond their day-to-day roles.

The session was a fantastic example of how shared experiences can support wellbeing, encourage collaboration and bring colleagues together in a positive and informal setting.

We would like to thank for not only hosting a fantastic event, but for their hospitality throughout the evening.

HR Operations Officer at The White Horse Federation

The White Horse Federation is a Multi-Academy Trust of 30 schools in Swindon, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire, committed to providing the very best education for our students.

Our HR Operations Team are a key part of the Central Professional Services team, providing a comprehensive HR and Operations service to all of our schools and Central office. We are currently recruiting for a HR Operations Officer to join our team on a permanent contract. This is an on-site role, based at our Central Office in Swindon where you will join our HR Team.

The HR Operations Officer will provide support to the HR Operations team in the areas of HR systems administration, HR administrative documentation, payroll processing, payroll checking, HR reporting and HR data tasks. This would be ideal for a HR generalist who has an understanding of education pay conditions and pensions.
