Being recognised on a national stage is an incredible honour and reflects the passion, dedication and commitment shown by our whole team every single day.

To our amazing team, thank you for the care, compassion and support you provide. You go above and beyond for the children and young people we support, and this recognition belongs to every one of you.

To the children and young people we have the privilege of working alongside thank you for inspiring us every day. Your strength, resilience and achievements are at the heart of everything we do.

And to our families, local authorities and wider community, thank you for your continued trust and support. We couldn't do what we do without you.

We mark an incredible milestone — 2 years of Thrive Support Services. 💜

As I reflect on this journey, I am overwhelmed with gratitude and pride for the remarkable people who helped bring our vision to life. What started as a dream, built on passion, determination, and a belief that people deserve exceptional care and support, has grown into something truly special.

Over the last two years, together we have achieved more than I could ever have imagined. We have been honoured with multiple national awards, received a Good rating from Ofsted, and most importantly, made a meaningful difference in the lives of the children, young people, families, and communities we serve.

None of this would have been possible without the incredible team behind Thrive. To every single person who has contributed to our journey, whether you were here from the very beginning or joined us along the way — thank you. Your dedication, compassion, resilience, and unwavering commitment are the foundations of everything we have achieved.

Not everyone is captured in the photos and memories we share today, but please know that your contribution has not gone unnoticed. You know who you are, and you have each played an important part in shaping Thrive into the organisation it is today.

Building something meaningful is never the work of one person. It takes a team that believes in the vision, supports one another through challenges, celebrates successes together, and continues striving for excellence every single day. I am incredibly fortunate to work alongside such inspiring individuals.

As we celebrate this milestone, we do so with immense pride in how far we have come, but also with excitement for what lies ahead. This is only the beginning. The next chapters of Thrive hold even more opportunities to grow, innovate, and continue making a positive impact.

💜 A Special Milestone for EveRoe Lodge 💜

We are proud to share a significant milestone in our journey. EveRoe Lodge has officially been accepted by Ofsted, and we are now moving forward to the interview stage.

This achievement represents months of hard work, dedication, and a shared vision to create a warm, safe, and nurturing home where young people can feel valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.

EveRoe Lodge is more than just a name. It carries a very special meaning and was chosen in loving memory of a beautiful young lady whose life touched the hearts of so many.

Her kindness, strength, and unforgettable spirit continue to inspire us every day. As we prepare to open our doors, her memory will forever be woven into the heart of our home and the care we provide.

Whilst we are excited about what lies ahead, we also take a moment to reflect on the reason behind our name and the legacy we hope to honour through creating a place filled with compassion, understanding, and opportunity.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us on this journey so far. We are one step closer to making EveRoe Lodge a reality, and we look forward to sharing more updates with you all soon.

This award means so much to us and reflects the passion, dedication and heart shown by our incredible team every single day. When children leave our care, they do not leave our lives, this award is a testament to this 💜

Most importantly, thank you to the amazing children and young people we have the privilege to support. Your strength, resilience and achievements inspire us constantly, and we are honoured to walk alongside you on your journeys.
