Pendlebury SNAP week:

There will be a range of initiatives next week from partner agencies including City West, Salford Council, Greater Manchester Police and Greater Manchester Fire and rescue Service.

Monday: The chatter bus will be at the bottom of Park Lane West with various departments and agencies on board, the purpose of this is to discuss environmental improvements you may like to see in the area.

Tuesday: Officers will be door knocking and asking residents to sign up to a good neighbour agreement, this is to help tackle any issues with anti social behaviour and encourage recipients to be good neighbours.

Thursday: There will be a multi agency walkabout covering Falcon Crescent ,Martin Road, Kestrel Avenue and Merlin Drive,

Also we have arranged for football cages to be placed on the Green from 4pm to 6pm.

Friday: The chatter bus will e on Coronation Street, there will be officers from the local Office on board and the purpose of this visit will be to discuss debt management and rent accounts.

The walkabout will take place on Wednesday 8th February 2012 at 10.00am. The meeting point will be on the corner of Wyndham Avenue and Manchester Road.

We will be covering the whole neighbourhood, please come and join officers from City West Housing Trust, GMP and Salford City Council as we walk around the neighbourhood picking up on local issues!

NEWTOWN MULTI-AGENCY WALKABOUT: The walkabout will take place on Thursday 18th August 2011 at 2.00pm. The meeting point will be the corner of Ackworth Road and Mossfield Road. We will be covering the whole neighbourhood, please come and join us as we walk around the neighbourhood picking up on local issues.

SWINTON SOUTH WALKABOUT: The next walkabout will take place on FRIDAY 5th AUGUST 2011 at 5:00pm and will cover Green Avenue, Brook Avenue, Bourne Avenue, Eccles Road, Broadgate Meadow, Grasmere Road, Rydal Crescent and part of Dorchester Road. The meeting point is the junction of Eccles Road and Worsley Road.
