So far, we've welcomed back Years 7 and 11, but today we are delighted to welcome all year groups back to the academy for the start of a new academic year!

What a fantastic first day for our new Year 7 students! 🎉

It has been wonderful to see so many smiling faces around the academy as our newest students begin their journey at Amington. From making new friends to finding their way around the academy, they have made an incredible start and have represented themselves brilliantly throughout the day.

One comment from a Year 7 student perfectly captured the spirit of today:

💬 "This morning I didn't know anyone. Now it already feels like I'm part of the school."

📢 GCSE Results Day Reminder 📢

Year 11 students can collect their GCSE results on Thursday 20th August 2026 between 9:00am and 10:30am at Landau Forte Academy Amington.

We know how much hard work, commitment and perseverance has gone into reaching this point, and we are looking forward to celebrating your achievements with you.

📌 Results can only be collected by the student. If someone is collecting results on a student's behalf, we require written permission from the student. Permission can be provided by emailing [email protected] in advance, including the name of the person who will be collecting the results, or by providing a letter signed by the student when collecting the results.

📢 Year 10 Mock 2 Reports Now Available

Year 10 Mock 2 reports are now available to view via the MyChildAtSchool (MCAS) Parent App and the Student Portal App. Students have also received a printed copy of their report during today's assembly.

If you would like to discuss your child's latest academic progress, the Year 10 team will be hosting a drop-in session on Thursday 16 July from 3:30pm–5:00pm.

We would be delighted to welcome you and answer any questions you may have.

The group is currently making their way through the airport and is expected to return to the academy shortly after midnight.

Students will contact their parents when they are approximately 15 minutes away from the academy.

We’re sure they can’t wait to share their wonderful memories, experiences, and stories from what has been an incredible trip. 🇵🇱💙
