This is a CO2 extinguisher. 🧯

It's safe to use on flammable liquids and live electrical equipment, which makes it the right choice near switchboards, server rooms, and workshops.

It's not safe for wood, paper or textiles. On those, it won't do the job properly, and it's also not suitable for flammable metal fires.

That's why a proper fire risk assessment matters.

It's not just "how many extinguishers do we need, it's "what's actually in this room, and what could catch fire here." Get that wrong, and you can have all the equipment in the world and still be under-protected.
