The Oxen Lane injunction hearing at the High Court has been listed for 21 July 2026, with a time estimate of three days. If a final injunction is granted the decision will include a compliance date, after which Somerset Council will, we are assured, take appropriate action.

Somerset Council have also confirmed that they are no longer accepting planning applications on the Oxen Lane site for its current use and no new applications will be validated or considered.

Progress, albeit frustratingly slow!
