🎃🍻

🎃 THE CHAPEL TAP ON TOW IS IN COTFORD ST LUKE FOR HALLOWEEN! 👻🍻

We’re getting everyone together for a Halloween Party on Saturday 31st October at Cotford Community Centre, and this time we’re taking the party indoors!

We’ve got everything lined up for a great night…

🍻 The Chapel Tap on Tow will be running the bar and keeping the drinks flowing!

🍕 Sapori Al Forno will be serving up delicious pizzas and fries.

🎧 Our resident DJ from The Chapel Tap, Jake Courtier, will be behind the decks keeping the party going!

👻 Fancy dress is encouraged! Whether you’re going all out or throwing something together last minute, we’d love to see everyone getting involved!

📅 Saturday 31st October
⏰ From 7pm
📍 Inside Cotford Community Centre

We loved getting everyone together at the last party, so let’s do it again!

Round up your friends and join us for good food, drinks, music and, most importantly, that community spirit we all know and love! 💚

🍸 And don’t worry, The Chapel Tap will still be open as normal, so you can enjoy your usual drinks with us in town too!

👉 Head over to The Chapel Tap on Tow page, click GOING on our Halloween Party event and invite your friends!

Youth club launch was 🔥

A huge well done to Cotford St Luke Parish Council for organising a brilliant launch event last night and the Commy Centre for hosting - it was great to see so many families and young people of all ages getting involved!

The team at In In The Mix Project The Mix Project will be out and about over the next few weeks, finding out what matters to Cotford’s young people and what they want to see in their village.

A massive thank you to Alex and Connor from Rubicon for making the long journey to coach everyone on wheels.

And yes — I couldn’t resist having a go on a skateboard myself when it was time to tidy up! 😂🛹

It’s all about the little wins...

I want to get the basics right and fix the little things that matter on our doorstep.

Here’s last week’s little job. 🌿

As a local footpath volunteer, I managed to clear one of the overgrown floodplain paths, which had become pretty difficult to walk along.

Nothing complicated — it needed doing, so I got on with it. 👍

🌿🎶 6 DAYS TO GO! 🎶🌿

Next weekend, we’ll have hopefully enjoyed a brilliant Garden Party at Cotford Community Hall! 🙌

We think it’s time for Cotford St Luke to come together and party again, and we’ve got everything you need for a great Saturday evening…

🎶 LIVE MUSIC from Bird Dogs
🍕 PIZZA from Ludacrust
🍓 DESSERTS from AcaiGlow
🍻 BAR from The Chapel Tap on Tow

📍 Cotford Community Hall Garden
📅 Saturday 22nd August
⏰ 5pm – 9pm

Bring a picnic blanket, grab your friends and family, find a spot in the garden and settle in for an evening of live music, great food, drinks and desserts. 🍕🍻🍓🎶

No need to overcomplicate it – just a good old-fashioned community get-together and hopefully a lovely summer evening in the garden! ☀️

Only 6 days to go… who’s joining us? 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️

See you Saturday!

🙌

👀 Did you know this event doesn't organise itself?

Months before the first stall arrives...
Before the music starts...
Before the signs go up...

A dedicated team of volunteers is already hard at work.

All because they love this village and want to create something everyone can enjoy.

So when you come along on the 25th, know that every detail has been made possible by people giving up their own time for the community. 💚

We think that's pretty special. And we can’t wait to see you on Saturday 25th July!
