At Care Wyvern, we’re supporting the people we support to stay safe & comfortable in the heat.. from keeping fluids topped up to making sure homes stay cool & comfortable.
A few simple steps can make a big difference during hot weather 🌿

🍦🥤 Lollies & bottled water are available for our care team to drop in to the office & cool off during the day💙

☀️On this super hot Bank Holiday while many of us are searching for shade & trying to stay cool, our amazing care team are still out & about supporting the individuals who rely on them every day ☀️💙

From keeping people comfortable & hydrated to offering reassurance, companionship & a friendly smile, their kindness never takes a day off ☀️even in the heat☀️

A huge thank you to our team for everything you do. Please remember to look after yourselves too, drink plenty of water & take those well earned breaks 💛

Residents who need to dispose of sharps or medical waste may be eligible for a free kerbside clinical waste collection service.

💛Today we’re supporting Wishbone Day, something very close to one of our carers’ hearts 💛

Wishbone Day helps raise awareness of Osteogenesis Imperfecta (also known as brittle bone disease), a condition that makes bones fragile & more likely to break.

It’s a day to spread understanding, show support, & celebrate the strength of those living with OI.
