Tayport Fire Station

We are currently in attendance at a fire in the open at Tentsmuir Forest, Tentsmuir, Tayport.

The incident is ongoing, and we have four fire appliances and specialist resources at the scene.

There is no further need to alert our Operations Control to this incident.

On Call Firefighters are a vital part of the service, they help provide an emergency fire and rescue service to their local communities, 24 hours a day. They will attend all types of emergencies, develop and maintain skills by drill nights, training courses, and exercises. Alongside being trained to deal with fires, they also educate and assist the community to raise awareness and prevent accidents from happening.

We do training on Tuesday nights from 18.30 till 21.30
