What a fantastic achievement for Carl On Tuesday, reaching the top of The Wrekin and taking in the incredible views across Shropshire! 🌤️

Walking The Wrekin is no small challenge, and Carl showed great determination, resilience and enthusiasm every step of the way. Activities like this promote health, wellbeing, independence and a real sense of accomplishment.

A fantastic three days for the my options teams completing the Dan Hughes PACE Model course.

A huge thank you to lee from pace training uk for delivering such an engaging and valuable training experience and equipping us with the tools and knowledge to take this learning forward into our teams.

We are looking forward to delivering this training in the future and supporting our staff to embed Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy (PACE) into their everyday practice.

For people we support, many of whom have experienced trauma and adversity, PACE helps us look beyond behaviours, build trusting relationships and respond with empathy and understanding.

By equipping our teams with these skills, we can create safer, more supportive environments where every one feel heard, valued and empowered to reach their full potential.

Because relationships are at the heart of making a real difference.
