🌊☀️ A Fantastic Day at the Seaside! ☀️🌊

Yesterday, Malcolm enjoyed a wonderful day out and had such an amazing time that he wanted to delay coming home for as long as possible! 😊

One of the highlights of the day was building his very first sandcastle. After picking up a bucket and spade, he eagerly followed instructions and was delighted to see his creation come to life. His excitement was clear to see! 🏖️🏰

Malcolm also loved splashing around in the sea and making the most of the sunshine. The only thing he wasn't too keen on were the seagulls, who seemed determined to get involved in the fun! He spent part of the day chasing them away and showing staff exactly how it should be done! 😂🐦

The fun didn't stop there. Malcolm enjoyed a ride on the bumper cars and was thrilled to win a prize of his choice on the hook-a-duck game. 🎠🚗🏆

It was lovely to see Malcolm having so much fun, trying new experiences, and creating happy memories. He is already looking forward to planning a longer weekend away so he can visit again soon! 💙

🌟 A Fantastic Day Out to Aberystwyth! 🚆🌊

Sharon and David enjoyed a wonderful day trip to Aberystwyth, supported by staff who helped make the day enjoyable and memorable. Their adventure began with a train journey, giving them the opportunity to sit back, relax and take in the beautiful scenery along the way.

Once in Aberystwyth, Sharon and David spent time exploring the seaside town, enjoying the fresh sea air, stunning coastal views and vibrant atmosphere.

It was a great opportunity to build confidence, promote independence and create lasting memories while enjoying a change of scenery.

Days out like these are so important in supporting people to access the community, try new experiences and enjoy meaningful activities that matter to them.

A fantastic day filled with smiles, laughter and great company! 💙

🌟 Cooking Up New Skills! 🌟

A huge well done to Carl, who was very proud to make Aloo Gobi from scratch recently! 👨‍🍳🥔🥦

With support from staff, Carl followed the recipe, prepared the ingredients, cooked the meal, and proudly served up the finished dish. Learning new cooking skills is a great way to build confidence, develop independence, and enjoy trying new foods.

Carl thoroughly enjoyed the experience and was delighted with the end result. Well done, Carl, on your hard work and achievement! 👏🎉
