[email protected] No Panic is a national registered charity, (number 1018184) that helps and supports those living with Panic Attacks, Phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders and other related anxiety disorders. No Panic's guiding philosophy is that people can and do recover from mental health issues (however severe they may be), and go on to live lives of their own choosing if they are provided with tailored made needs. All our recovery services are provided over the telephone or internet which allow enormous flexibility, comfort and confidentiality to those we support. We aim to offer immediate help to those in urgent need through the helpline/crisis line, our website chat service and social media.

It’s not just about having a voice. It’s about being heard. 💙

This World Mental Health Day, we’re recognising the power of lived experience and the difference it can make.

Because behind every mental health challenge is a real person, with their own story to tell.

When we share our stories, we open up conversations. We challenge stigma. We create connections. We help others feel heard, understood and valued. And we remind others that they’re not alone.

When we feel heard, we feel less alone. And that’s where change begins.

Every voice matters. Every experience has value. And together, we can help change the conversation around mental health, one story at a time.

Lived experiences heard. Real voices. Real change.
