🎄 Events Team
Help set up and take down events such as this weekend’s 1940s event and our magical Santa Specials. Become a sleigh driver, Head Elf, present wrapper, tree decorator, train decorator, platform decorator, snow machine operator — the list is endless!

🍽️ The Wealden Pullman
Do you like working in a team? Can you silver serve, or run a bar, or even help with washing up? We’d love to hear from you!

📣 Marketing Team
Are you a Meta whizz? Enjoy data input? Could you help distribute leaflets and posters in your local area?

🔧 Permanent Way Team
Love working outdoors? Help us keep our tracks safe and compliant.

🎨 Carpentry
Put your skills to work on unique projects in the Carriage & Wagon Works at Tenterden.

👩‍🌾 Gardening Team
We’d really appreciate some extra help keeping Tenterden station looking beautiful. Come and meet our friendly team on a Tuesday morning for a coffee and a chat.

🍽️ Catering
Serve up tasty treats in the tea room or onboard the train. (“Anything from the trolley, dear?” — if you know, you know! 😉)

📚 Museum Support
Love sharing history with curious minds? Join our amazing museum team and help bring our story to life for children and adults alike.

✨ No experience needed — just enthusiasm, a smile, and a willingness to get stuck in. Full training and support are provided.
