After 14 years at the heart of Alderton Village Shop, Yari has announced his retirement. Yari has been such a familiar and valued part of village life, always ready with a warm welcome and a friendly word. He has been a true stalwart of our community, and he will be greatly missed.
It was wonderful to see the village come together to raise around £1,700 for his retirement collection - a lovely reflection of just how much he means to so many people. Thank you, Yari, for everything
you have given to Alderton. We wish you a very happy and thoroughly well-deserved retirement.
