We were delighted to welcome Chinnor U3A to the Library on Thursday to explore the library resources and support available for budding genealogists and anyone interested in uncovering their family history. Our fantastic Family History Volunteer, Claire, was on hand to answer questions, share expert advice, and offer fresh insights into genealogy research.

A big thank you to the Chinnor U3A group for visiting us.

We had a wonderful morning with the talented author and illustrator Yiting Lee, who delighted us with a very special Storytime and draw-along session inspired by her brilliant book, What's the Rush? We loved meeting her characters, Bunny and Turtle, and bringing them to life through drawing.

Meet Author-Illustrator Yiting Lee at Thame Library!

On Thursday 30th July we will be switching our regular Storytime slot to the morning. Join us at 10:30am for a delightful Storytime & Drawing session with the wonderful Yiting Lee as she reads her charming book, What's the Rush?

Together we'll explore the importance of patience, understanding ourselves, and appreciating others through this heartwarming story. Children will also be able to take part in a special draw-along session with Yiting!

Come hear a fun story with author-illustrator Yiting Lee! We will read her lovely book, 'What's the Rush?' to learn about being patient, knowing ourselves and understanding others.
