👩‍🍳 Meet Clio

From Falkirk, Clio’s love for food began early - she first picked up a whisk at just two years old and never looked back. After studying Professional Cookery, she began building her career in professional kitchens, including Hotel Colessio and Gleneagles, where she met mentors Liam, Phil, and Andrew. She’s also spent a week training in Monte Carlo, an experience that further fueled her love for the craft.

Clio’s talent and dedication were recognised two years ago when she was named Scottish Young Chef of the Year. Since joining Coorie Inn in May, she’s brought passion, creativity, and a drive to learn to every service.

When asked what she loves most about Coorie Inn, Cleo says:
“There’s nothing not to like - everyone helps everyone. Liam’s always full of new ideas, and every day feels different.”
After being gutted when Phil left Gleneagles, she’s now thrilled to be learning alongside him again.

Back in TT Central today after a fantastic whole 2 week summer holls. 🥰🥰

We've had a fabulous time and it's now time to hunker Doon in ma wee sewing room. Making and creating more beautiful tartan fayre for you all. 🙏🤩🙏
