Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service has launched the SAME4 campaign in a focused effort to help prevent fatal fires across our counties.

SAME4 highlights the four key risk factors most often linked to fire fatalities:
• Smoking
•Age (over 65)
• Mobility4
• Emollient creams

When these risks combine, they can make it much harder for someone to escape safely in the event of a fire. Sadly, many of the lives lost in recent years have involved one or more of these factors.

🔧 Important Tenant Notice – Solar Meter Upgrades

Anesco will be attending all MDH properties to upgrade solar meters due to the 2G network being switched off. This ensures your meter continues to work correctly.

We don’t yet have a confirmed timescale, but Anesco will contact you directly with an appointment.

✅ What to expect:
• You’ll receive a letter in advance
• Engineers will be in Anesco uniform
• They will carry official ID
