Do you think the right decisions have been made in the Mull Campus project? Do you think Argyll & Bute Council listened to the community and reflected our best interests? Do you think democracy is working as it should at Kilmory and that those elected by you hold the power? We have one of the best KCs in Scotland, James Mure, happy to represent us in the highest court of the land. We have prepared over 1600 pages of evidence and submitted our petition to the Court of Session in Edinburgh, and it has been accepted.

This is the best chance we’ll have to right the wrongs of this process. It’s the best chance we’ll have to help change the running of A&B council.
