🚗🕳️ The state of our roads is simply unacceptable.

Residents across Kent are fed up with crumbling road surfaces, dangerous potholes, and repeated temporary fixes that just don’t last.

Our roads should be fit for purpose.

That’s why we’ve launched FillKentPotholes.com a county-wide campaign calling on Kent County Council to take urgent, coordinated action and properly fix our roads.

👉 Visit https://www.fillkentpotholes.com/ to sign the petition and add your voice.

This petition will be delivered to Kent County Council in the Spring, so please share with friends.

Could you be a councillor on West Kent’s new unitary council?

Kent is entering a new chapter in local government. The creation of new unitary councils brings an opportunity to simplify decision-making, strengthen local services, and give residents a stronger voice. We are seeking committed, community-minded individuals to stand as Conservative candidates in the upcoming elections.

Why stand?

As a Conservative councillor, you will:

 Represent your local community and champion residents’ priorities
ď‚· Help set the vision and strategic direction for West Kent
ď‚· Influence decisions on vital services such as housing, transport, education, health, and the environment
ď‚· Play a key role in shaping how the new unitary council works from day one

Who can stand?

You do not need prior political experience. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds who:

ď‚· Care about their local area
ď‚· Are willing to listen, learn, and lead
ď‚· Can commit time to serving the community
 Want to make a positive difference for Kent’s future

What support is available?
Candidates will have access to guidance, training, and ongoing support to help them campaign confidently and carry out the role effectively if elected.

Take the next step
If you’re passionate about West Kent and want to be part of a once-in-a-generation change to local government, now is the time to stand.

Have your say on the Budget

Rachel Reeves delivered her second Budget, setting out the Government’s plans on tax, spending and welfare. These decisions will have a direct impact on households, local services and our community — and I want to hear what you think.

Please take a minute to share your views. Please take less than 2 minutes to tell us what you think about the Budget.

Tonbridge, Edenbridge and North Downs Villages are expected to deliver over 2,000 new homes each year due to the government imposed housing plans.

Both Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council and Sevenoaks District Council are consulting on Local Plans over the next couple of months. Our Councils, against their will, have been put in an impossible position by the Government.

Sign our petition to show your support for our campaign to change the 'Grey Belt' definition!

At this year’s Conservative Party Conference, we set out a series of bold new ideas to help families, strengthen our economy, and secure our borders. These are important decisions about the direction of our country, and I want to hear what you think.

Your feedback helps shape how I represent our community in Parliament. Please take a minute to share your views on the five key policies announced at conference, from cutting stamp duty and supporting first-time buyers, to reducing wasteful spending and tackling illegal migration.

Your voice matters, and I’ll make sure your views are heard.

Thank you for taking part,
Tom Tugendhat MP
Member of Parliament for Tonbridge, Edenbridge and North Downs Villages
