To all parents and prospective new parents the below information is about changes to the funding entitlement codes for the Summer term

Key Changes and Requirements

From 31st March, parents MUST have applied for and received a valid code, or reconfirmed their existing code, by the end of the previous funding block in order to access the working entitlement:

31st March for the Summer funding block
31st August for the Autumn funding block
31st December for the Spring funding block
The only exception is where a parent is within their grace period and child has claimed at that setting before the code end date. (guidance about Grace Periods attached).

Parents who apply or reconfirm after the deadlines will not be eligible for the working entitlement for that funding block unless they meet the criteria relating to the grace period.
