Volunteer Flood Warden – Could This Be You?
We're looking for two local residents to volunteer as a Flood Warden and help strengthen our community's resilience to flooding. This is a voluntary role and a chance to make a real difference.
Flood Wardens help the parish before, during and after flood events. They keep an eye on drains, streams and watercourses, share flood alerts and warnings, raise awareness of local flood risk, and provide vital local information to the Council and responding agencies. They also support community recovery by helping gather information on impacts and assisting with clean‑up activities.

Training is provided.
