Events like the Paulerspury Horticultural Society Make, Bake and Grow Show are such a lovely reminder of what makes our village community so special.

It’s wonderful to see our children getting involved and sharing their creativity, being included in an event that celebrates the talents of our community across generations. 💚🎨🧁🌱

Look how amazing our FPS and school community are! Helping to make a difference to our children with every event they host!

🥁🥁 The FPS wanted to give you all an update on how much we have raised this school year and the spending highlights to date.. 🥁🥁

In the background our main goal is to revamp the playground but this is a big goal and all still going on.

💚💚 The volunteers of the FPS would like to thank each and everyone of you for all the support this year. We could not do it without you. 💚💚

What a bittersweet day at Paulerspury Primary School.

Today we said goodbye to eight wonderful Year 6 children as they begin an exciting new chapter. We are so proud of everything they have achieved and wish them every success and happiness for the future.

As always, one chapter closes and another begins. We can’t wait to welcome our new Reception children in September and start making many more special memories together.

Wishing all of our pupils, families and staff a fantastic, well-deserved summer. See you all in September!

A big shout out to all of our amazing volunteers, some of whom were able to join us for our Volunteer Afternoon Tea yesterday! ☕🍰

Our fantastic Year 6 pupils did a wonderful job hosting the afternoon, giving us the opportunity to say thank you for everything you do to support our lovely school. We truly appreciate you all and hope you enjoyed the cakes! 💚

How Are We Keeping Our Children Cool at School? ☀

We know that keeping cool in this weather isn't easy, so we're doing everything we can to help our children stay happy, comfortable, and ready to learn.

All of our classrooms have air conditioning, which helps keep them nice and cool throughout the day.

We're also making sure the children have plenty of opportunities to stay refreshed by:
☀️ Enjoying water play
☀️ Taking part in yoga and deep breathing activities
☀️ Cooling down with ice pops
☀️ Building shady dens
☀️ Having short, timed periods outside
☀️ Taking regular water breaks and topping up water bottles as and when needed
☀️ Wearing hats and sunscreen when outdoors

Our children's safety and wellbeing are our main priority, and we'll continue to keep a close eye on them during the hot weather ☀️☀️☀️

We are delighted to unveil our brand-new sports kit! A huge thank you to the Friends of Paulerspury School for their generous support in making this possible. We know our children will be excited to represent the school in style!

A special congratulations also goes out to the winners of our football shirt design competition. Thank you to everyone who took part!

🏃‍♂️🏃🏼‍♀️🏃 A huge congratulations to all of our children and staff for completing this morning’s Mini Marathon — an amazing 20 laps around the playground! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🌟 With everyone cheering each other on, it really was an incredible atmosphere 🤗
