We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker (Nights) to join our accommodation-based service team.

You'll contribute to creating a safe, supportive and welcoming environment whilst ensuring residents receive person-centred, strengths-based support throughout their stay.

Encourage and empower residents to develop independence, confidence, dignity, and choice in all aspects of their daily lives.

Today brought managers and some of the senior leadership team together for a brilliant day of collaboration, forward planning and lots of discussion around exciting things ahead for The CHAOS Group. It was a great opportunity to share ideas, reflect on our progress, and focus on how we can continue to grow and develop our services.

And what a beautiful day to take our meeting outdoors at The Llawnroc Gorran Haven: the latest addition to our CHAOS family! 🌊🌿

Today is World Alzheimer's Day, a time to raise awareness of dementia and recognise the impact it has on millions of individuals and families around the world.

At Stayathome, we see every day how important compassion, patience and understanding are in supporting those living with dementia. Small acts of kindness, meaningful conversations and taking the time to understand someone's experience can make a real difference.
