From today, 1 May, new rules under the Renters’ Rights Act are now in place.

Tenants will start to see important changes around:

How a tenancy can be ended
The correct way rent increases must be issued
Limits on how much rent can be requested in advance
A clearer process for requesting a pet

If you rent your home, make sure you’re aware of what’s changed and how it affects you.

UPDATE ON NEW PRIMARY SCHOOL FOR PADDOCK WOOD

The proposal goes to KCC next week. After an extensive consultation on the proposed new school off Bloxham Avenue there were…..

32 replies. That’s it. (At the time of the report)

27 in favour. Mainly from you - residents and parents.

£870,000 has already been spent designing and another £500,000 is requested to complete this.
