Continuing our Healthy body💪/ Healthy mind🧠 theme, tonight the Fire Cadets learned about our Service Values 🧭 followed by some team tasks under pressure. ⭐️ Fantastic displays of teamwork, communication and perseverance especially in the 3-legged hose running!

Healthy body/ Healthy mind session 2 saw the Fire Cadets working hard in our circuits session and then battling each other in tug of war and other team games 💪

Tonight’s Fire Cadets was all about Nutrition 🍎as we focus on healthy bodies💪& healthy minds 🧠 this term. The Cadets designed and then made their own smoothies 🧋 with blenders and ingredients that they fundraised for themselves ❤️⭐️

Tonight the Fire Cadets perfected their hose rolling and had a go at hose bowling ❤️‍🔥 Followed by a unit knot tying 🪢 competition in which team ‘Not Knots’ were crowned winners!

Tonight the Fire Cadets learnt about first aid including the primary survey, recovery position and bandaging 🩹 ⛑️Then they acted out scenarios for each other and treated a vast array of medical problems! 🤪
