Last week we bid farewell to our CWO Horscroft as he leaves for Hailsham Sqn to transition into a staff role.

CWO Horscroft has had an astonishing and full cadet career even becoming a qualified aerospace instructor!
He has made quite the impact at 2530 and has left his mark helping shape our squadron into what it is today!

We wish him the very best into his transition to staff and with all his future endeavours!

2530 and 1414 cadets were invited to the ESFRS maresfield training centre by the uckfield fire cadet unit to experience some activities the fire cadets get up to! Cadets learnt about the principles of fire along with demonstrations and had a rare opportunity to experience the Crawlspaces used for fire fighter training!

We thank the uckfield fire cadet unit for this rare and exiting opportunity!
