Upton Library is part of the Worcestershire Libraries & Learning Service. It is a small, friendly branch library, providing a full range of library services.

The library is situated in a central position in the town, adjacent to a car park with disabled parking space. Membership is free to all who live, work or study in the county and entitles you to use all library services throughout the county of Worcestershire. At Upton Library we can offer the following:

■A wide selection of books, including a good selection of large print books for partially sig

hted readers, audio books, DVDs and jigsaws and friendly and helpful staff.
■Easy access. The library is all on one level. There are two public toilets, one situated at each end of the library. Both have disabled and wheelchair access and baby changing facilities.
■4 Peoples' Network computer terminals with free internet access (booking recommended).
■Free WiFi service now available
■A meeting room.
■Exhibition wall space.
■Books,
■Magazine exchange. If you need to check the date your books are due back or renew items, this can be done by phone on 01905 822722

Our September Movie Club fim is the perfect afternoon pick me up full of fun, laughs and adventure! Drop by on Monday 7th at 2pm and get lost in a movie!

Friday Film Fun this week at 2pm!

Taken from a hit stage show and made into a film set on a greek island and featuring songs we all know from the 70's and 80's - this movie is for big kids and adults who love romance, comedy and a soundtrack you can sing along to!

This weeks film is rated PG - all children under 12yo must be accompanied by an adult. (General viewing of some scences may be unsuitable for younger children.)

We have a brilliant boredom buster activity for your family to enjoy - come along to our Trash to Treasure Session where kids can create musical intruments out of everyday recycling items, then personalise them with crafty decorations!

Starting at 2pm - DM or ask a member of staff for more details.

On Monday we have a new exciting craft session that celebrates our Summer Reading Challenge! 🎶📖🌞

Join us at the library to create air clay musical notes or instruments and then to finish the session we'll use our creations to help make music in a very fun and special way!
