🌈 A HUGE THANK YOU FROM THE PTA & SCHOOL! 🌈
The PTA and school staff have been absolutely blown away by the incredible fundraising efforts from our children over the past two weeks! 💛
Collectively, you have raised a staggering £990 from one event! 🤯👏
That is an amazing achievement, and every single penny will help us continue to develop our OPAL playground, creating an even better space for our children to use their imagination, explore, play and grow. 🛝🌳✨
So, from all of us at school — THANK YOU to every child, parent, family member and friend who donated and supported the fundraising. ❤️
🏆 OUR TOP FUNDRAISERS! 🏆
We were originally planning to have just one winner, but FOUR children absolutely smashed it, each raising over £150! We couldn’t let that incredible effort go unrecognised, so we wanted to celebrate them with a little token gift. 🎁
🥇 Isabelle  raised £220!
🥈 Marshal raised  £200!
🥉 Aurora raised £170!
🌟 Harper raised £165!
What incredible fundraising! 👏👏👏
We hope you love your prizes and are as proud of yourselves as we are! 💛
A special shout-out and HUGE thank you to Oxygen MediaCity and Northern Lights Stretford for kindly donating gifts for our top fundraisers. Your generosity has helped us make this extra special for the children. 🎁❤️
And finally, we couldn’t finish without recognising our amazing parent volunteers who helped us on the day. We only had four PTA team members running a very big event, so the willingness, enthusiasm and support from parents made such a huge difference. THANK YOU!
It really does take a community, and we are so grateful to have such a supportive one. 💛
£990 raised. Four incredible fundraisers. A whole school community getting involved.
What a result! 🌈👏💛

STARTING PRIMARY SCHOOL – SEPTEMBER 2027

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARENTS

Children in Trafford are eligible to start school in the September before their 5th birthday. If your child was born between 1 September 2022 and 31 August 2023, and you wish to apply for a place in any state funded primary school or academy, you must make your application to Trafford.

The closing date for applications is 15 January 2027.

You should apply online at:

If you are not a Trafford resident, you must contact your home authority and request their application form.
If you require further help or information, please email [email protected] or telephone 0161 912 5007.

📚💛 Reading Buddies! 💛📚

Our Year 1 and Year 4 children came together today to share stories, practise their reading and enjoy some special time together. It was wonderful to see our older children supporting and encouraging their younger buddies, while our Year 1s shared their love of books! 📖✨

A lovely example of our school community coming together and learning from one another🌟

What a fantastic first full week back! 🌟

Today, we enjoyed celebrating our Values Superstars in our first celebration assembly of the year. Choosing just two children from each class was no easy task, and our teachers found it incredibly difficult because so many children have demonstrated our school values so brilliantly.

We are so proud of how well all of our children have settled into the new school year. Their enthusiasm, kindness, determination and positive attitudes have made for an amazing start to the term. Well done, everyone! 👏✨

✨ Calling all witches, wizards, and muggles! ✨
We're thrilled to be hosting a Harry Potter Book Night: Spells and Potions. Dress in your wizarding best and prepare for an afternoon of magical fun and adventure! 🪄📚🦉

02/09/2026

It has been lovely to welcome the children back to school today.
They have settled in brilliantly and have enjoyed beginning the new school year in their new classes.

As part of our outdoor lunchtime provision, children will be playing outside in most weather conditions, where it is safe to do so. Please provide your child with suitable waterproof clothing and a pair of wellies so that they can remain warm, dry and fully involved in outdoor play.

Please ensure that all items are clearly labelled with your child’s name.

Thank you for your continued support.
