Annual Parish Meeting – May 2026

Thank you to everyone who attended this year’s Annual Parish Meeting at the Community Centre. The evening began with an informal showcase, where a range of local clubs and organisations shared what they do and how residents can get involved.

The Chair provided a summary of the Parish Council’s work over the past year, outlining key projects and ongoing priorities. The annual accounts were also available for residents to view.

A highlight of the evening was the presentation of the Chair’s Community Award to Mrs Sue Goodway, recognising her dedication to maintaining the village mile markers.

The event concluded with an opportunity for residents to speak with councillors over refreshments.

Planning Appeal Update – Littleton Manor Farm

The appeal for the Littleton Manor Farm development has now moved to the next stage. The formal public inquiry will begin on Wednesday 6th May 2026.

Buckinghamshire Council previously refused the application, which included up to 535 homes, a primary school, commercial units, a community hub, and an Energy Park. The applicant has appealed this decision, and the case will now be heard by a Planning Inspector.

The Parish Council has appointed a planning consultant to represent us throughout the inquiry, and parish councillors will also be attending to ensure local concerns are clearly heard.

All appeal documents can be viewed on the Public Access portal: https://publicaccess.aylesburyvaledc.gov.uk/online-applications/appealDetails.do?keyVal=T6L4KNCL0QY00&activeTab=summary

Please remember: any comments must be sent directly to the Planning Inspectorate, not to the Council.
