This upcoming term, the following groups are available online:
👨👩👧👦A Parent’s Toolkit
👉This group explores child development from ages 2 to 12, focusing on understanding behaviour and applying practical, effective strategies.
🕒 Every Tuesday 5:30pm to 7:30pm for 8 weeks, starting Tuesday 8 September.
👩👦Who’s in Charge
👉 The group explores anger, both in parents and children, encourages assertiveness and self-care whilst providing emotional support.
🕒 Every Tuesday 6:00pm to 8:00pm for 6 weeks, starting Tuesday 8 September.
👩👧👦Family Transitions
👉This group looks at challenges due to separation or divorce and will explore stress, anger and how to communicate better, as well as considering your own wellbeing.
🕒 Every Friday 9:30am to 11:30am for 5 weeks, starting Friday 11 September.
🧸HENRY Workshop – this workshop is running twice, so there are two dates to choose from:
👉This workshop is to explore children’s behaviour and explore new ways to understand and respond to everyday challenges.
