Fostering2Inspire is an independent fostering agency looking to recruit and support great foster carers who can provide stable and positive family environments for children and young people. We are part of Shaw Trust, one of the largest charities in the UK. Our vision for fostering children includes supporting both child and carer so that whether you’re completely new to foster care or have years

of experience, our highly trained staff can assist and support the needs of both you and your foster child. We understand that maintaining a positive home environment is vital for fostering children successfully. At Fostering2Inspire, we believe every child deserves stability, belonging and the chance to thrive. So we’re looking for an experienced, motivated and values‑driven Team Manager to help us ensure that every foster family and every child receives the best possible support.

Role: Team Manager
Salary: £45,000 - £47,500 per annum
Total Hours per week: 40
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Wakefield, West Yorkshire
