This morning we assisted the Rough Sleeper Support Service on outreach.

We work closely alongside the RSSS, hoping to house people directly from the streets, making the process as easy and simple as possible.

The RSSS do morning outreach 7 days a week, and rely heavily on referrals from the public, so please report it on street link if you see someone rough sleeping in the Wakefield district using the link below
