🐕🎂 Join us in wishing Walsall Arboretum Corgis’ a Happy 2nd Birthday! 🐾🐾

On 28 September 2024, Walsall Council unveiled two special corgi statues at Walsall Arboretum in memory of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and her lifelong love of the breed.

Created by local artists Julie Edwards and Ron Thompson of Planet Art, the much-loved cast-metal sculptures have become a popular feature outside the Arboretum’s Visitor Centre, welcoming visitors and their four-legged friends every day.

Two years on, the corgis continue to bring smiles to residents and visitors alike. Why not pop along and wish them a Happy Birthday?❤️
