🎀 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎀

This month is an opportunity to raise awareness of breast cancer, encourage people to check themselves regularly, and support everyone affected by a diagnosis.

Breast cancer can affect both women and men, and knowing what is normal for your own body is important. If you notice an unusual change, lump, swelling or anything that just doesn't feel right, please speak to your GP.

At Golden Services Care, we know that sometimes the smallest reminder can make a difference. 💗

⏰ Morning rounds (some 7am starts) and alternate weekends. Year-round availability required.

Arthritis affects millions of people and can make everyday activities that many of us take for granted much more difficult.

Getting dressed, preparing a meal, opening a jar, getting in and out of a chair or simply making a cup of tea can become painful or frustrating.

Good care isn't about automatically doing everything for someone. It's about providing the right support so that people can continue doing as much as possible for themselves, safely and at their own pace.

Today we're raising awareness of arthritis and recognising everyone who lives with pain, stiffness and reduced mobility every day.

This month is an opportunity to raise awareness, support those living with blood cancer, and recognise the families, friends and professionals supporting them too. ❤️
