The popular Lake Pleasure Grounds (Weymouth Street, Warminster, BA12 9NP) will will remain busy this weekend.
The splash pad remains open 7 days a week to help keep families cool. The town council is reminding visitors to follow safety rules stated on the signage - all children must wear costumes and infants must wear a swim nappy.
Pets, scooters, bicycles and anything that might damage the safety surface are not allowed and food and drink must not be consumed on the splash pad.
The splash pad is open daily for the 2026 season, 10am to 6pm โ joining other free activities available in the park including the large play park, lava trail and skate park.
Additional paid for activities include tennis, pickleball and the putting green. ๐๐จ๐๐ญ๐ฌ ๐จ๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฅ๐๐ค๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ข๐ง ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ฌ๐๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐๐๐ค๐๐ง๐ due to low water levels following the hot weather.
Another free to attend Park Yoga Warminster will be held on Sunday 30th May, from 9.30am to 10.30am โ with residents and visitors invited to stretch, strengthen and unwind on the putting green with no booking required.
The Pavilion Parlour will be open thoughout the weekend, selling ice cream, drinks, snacks as well as splash pad accessories.
People are asked to park considerately if visiting the Lake Pleasure Grounds via car by using nearby car parks and not double parking on Weymouth Street.
