Thousands of residents and visitors are expected to return to Warminster for the Warminster Independent August Market on Sunday 30th August, from 10am to 4pm.
Warminster Town Council works with Warminster Business Network to organise the popular event, bringing a lively atmosphere to the High Street, Market Place and Civic Centre this bank holiday weekend.
More than 125 stalls, food and drink vendors and independent businesses will take over the town and help celebrate thriving Warminster.
A Warminster Town Council spokesperson said: โWe are looking forward to another busy day, with the spotlight once again on our brilliant town.โ
โNew businesses will join familiar favourites, creating the lively mix of stalls that makes our markets so popular. Warminsterโs brilliant independent shops will also be open to welcome visitors, and our Roarsome dinosaurs remain in town.โ
The independent markets have quickly grown in popularity, championing local businesses and attracting residents and visitors.
Roarminster: Warminster's Dinosaur Trail runs until Saturday 5th September, making the market an ideal time to explore the town. Warminster Athenaeum is also hosting an Immersive Historical Mystery Event (charges apply).
Residents are encouraged to walk to the event where possible. Road closures on the High Street and Market Place will be in place from 7am to 7pm.
Public toilets will be available at Warminster Civic Centre, Sambourne Road, BA12 8LB, and Central Car Park, Station Road, BA12 9FF.
Parking will be available at Wiltshire Council car parks in Warminster.
Event security will be provided by Prosec Consultancy Ltd and Warminster CCTV.
