Today is , and this year’s theme is “Changing the Narrative on Suicide.”

We believe that through open and honest conversations, active listening, asking questions, supporting people to access help, and challenging the stigma surrounding mental health, we can make a real difference in Warrington.

Just ONE conversation might save ONE life.

On Saturday 5th September, the annual Hope 100 Warrington Walk took place, bringing people together to remember those we have lost, create meaningful connections, and have important conversations about su***de and mental health.

We’d love for you to take a look at the video from the event and see some of the amazing moments from the day.

A huge thank you to for capturing the spirit of the event so beautifully. 💛

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

Today we had a visit from Zetta Edwards.

There was some good discussions about hospital experiences and lots of people gave Zetta some feedback, both good and not so good.

Zetta informed the group that the trust is trying to raise some charitable funds to create a quiet room in A and E where some reasonable adjustments can me made to support people with their needs. The group provided her with some ideas about what those adjustments may look like to enhance their hospital experiences.

The group also expressed an interest in helping to raise some funds for this project.
