3 weeks ago, Mount Etna and an incompetent Vehicle Hire Company threatened to stop our Residential to Scarborough, just 1 hour before we were due to leave. In what was initially a situation of panic, a superhero appeared in the form of Claire from Premier Inn Northwich South who was not only a friendly face in the midst of the chaos, but she enabled us to make alternative arrangements whilst using their facilities. The kindness however didn't end there and we were also offered the opportunity to use their services for future events. Some heroes wear purple. Thank you Claire Premier Inn
