New Warrington Road

We have just had communication from our UU Project Manager and whilst New Warrington Road is not part of the Wincham Water Project, she wanted us to know about the latest issues on New Warrington Road.

Cheshire West and Chester have been in discussion with UU and agreed for the health and safety of the public and the workers, New Warrington Road (from the Chesterway roundabout to the entrance to Salt Drive, Wincham) will be closed. No completion date has been provided at this stage.

There will be an extensive diversion in place - Manchester Road, Hall Lane, Wincham Lane and Marston Lane.

UU and CWaC apologise for the inconvenience that this new Road closure will cause, but feel it is the best way forward for all involved and will allow the work to progress more swiftly and safely.
